James Aspey

The world known Australian activist for animal rights spent one year not uttering a word, in a self-imposed total silence, travelling across Australia. He lived for a year without speech, demonstrating to the world what is like not to be able to speak for yourself, raising public conscience regarding those who cannot speak, the animals under the cruel exploitation by humans “only because they taste good”). In his journey (13.01. 2014 - 13.01. 2015) he proved to all people he met that living vegan is easy and satisfying.

During these college years, he continued to work in his grandfather’s and other restaurants as time permitted. After graduating from college, his passion for food continued and he eventually devoted himself completely to the restaurant business, working in a variety of restaurants and country clubs. She obtained a Yoga teacher certificate (200 hr Yoga Alliance) at a traditional school in Rishikesh, India, where she studied all the aspects of Hatha Yoga. She is also certified in Craniosacral Therapy since 2012 and Reiki Healing since 2015. After a deeply healing journey in the Amazon Rainforest in 2015, I decided to focus more on the misterious wires that connect our mind, body and soul and decided to become a yoga teacher.Looking back, I find it funny that yoga found me and not the other way around. Yoga answered so many of my questions, and I truly believe that it is a wonderful tool for knowing oneself. From that to teaching it was a small distance. My native curiosity towards the human nature and my intrinsically desire to spiritually evolve ,as also the blissful inspiration of my teachers ,took me to the Yoga Capital of the World, Rishikesh, India. The holistic experience was an enormous gift from the Universe. I am grateful beyond words for the knowledge, the people and the feelings I have found in India.Having experienced so many beautiful things, my purpose now is to join like-hearted people, sharing the gifts we received and continously learn from eachother."
