Why partner yoga?
We all need help sometimes, in and out of asana practice. By combining your yoga abilities with those of your partner’s, you can make for a deeper practice, motivating and pushing each other beyond your boundaries and limits, as well as strengthen your friendship or build a true bond.
It is worth mentioning that partner yoga will also most likely inspire you to be more adventurous and attempt poses you wouldn’t have dared to try otherwise (without your partner’s support).
