What is Tai Chi?
It is being practiced in the western world today, best being thought of as a combination of meditation and a form of yoga. There are a number of forms which consisting of sequential movements. Many of these movements are originally derived from martial arts. However, in Tai Chi they are used in a sequence that is performed slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth and even transitions between them.
