Max 30 people
Your expert fully qualified surf instructors come to collect you in time for a 9h30am departure. You’ll be kitted out with a wetsuit and surfboard to suit your ability and taken to a surf break chosen on the day according to the conditions and tides. After your 2 hour surf class, your lunch will be ready for you on the beach and you can spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing with a book, if you are still full of energy you can jump back into the water with your surfboard for another 2h lesson – as you please.
The evening restorative yoga will make full use of all the props – bricks to lift you, belts to support you, bolsters to cushion you, blankets to comfort you, music to lull you and a sunset to fill you with awe. These sessions are all about letting-go, physically and emotionally, and preparing you for tomorrow.
The evening meal is served on the roof terrace, under a blanket of stars, in warm and relaxed company.
