How to get thereArrival by airplane: Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Another option is to book your flight directly to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Arrival by taxi: Taxis are always available anywhere in India. The drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to Rishikesh will take around six hours depending on traffic conditions. Arrival by bus: Buses to Rishikesh leave New Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate national bus stand approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about eight hours and costs around 450 INR for air conditioned buses and 250 INR for buses without air conditioning. Arrival by train: The best option is to reach Haridwar train station, about 45 minutes away from Rishikesh by road on a driven taxi or the so called tuk-tuks. From Delhi, the train ride takes approximately eight hours, depending on the train. Haridwar is serviced by many trains from and to Delhi, Varanasi, Rajasthan, Amritsar, and many others.

Neeraj is an experienced, registered yoga teacher E-RYT (Yoga Alliance). He completed his course in Rishikesh. He is also certified as a yoga instructor from Ayush Ministry, Government of India. Neeraj has completed a course in Vedantic Philosophy from Chinmaya Mission. He is also an MBA and has nine years’ experience in the corporate world. Apart from teacher training and retreats, Neeraj conducts workshops for golfers, corporates, and runners. He believes in imparting holistic yoga knowledge with equal emphasis on asanas (special focus on alignment), pranayama, mudra, bandha, cleansing and meditational techniques. He believes in traditional classical yoga approach.
Roshan is a Mathematics Honours from Delhi University besides being an amazing yoga instructor. He did his yoga course from MDNIY. He has won several yoga competitions. (Though he is very modest about it and believes there should be no aspect of competitiveness in yoga). He has won a silver in All India Inter-University Championship, another silver in School Games, Federation of India. Roshan has been practicing yoga since he was a kid. He has been teaching yoga for last 6 years
