The balance of power and peace inspired him and resulted in a very dedicated personal practice turning him in to a best yoga teacher of Ashtanga in rishikesh. Sachin has been teaching Ashtanga Vinyassa primary series at AYM for approximately one and a half years and during this time he has inspired many students. Namaste,I am Priyanka.I have recently completed TTC from Asan Yoga School.I am very happy with the kind of knowledge I have gained which helped me to improve my Asana Practice and made me more aware about myself as a yoga practitioner. The TTC is very well structured and planned so that the students like us get a clear idea about what to grasp and get focused in a class. Its not a typical teacher training but we keep learning even during free time, through discussions and even in silence. The 4 weeks of tremendous practice and brainstorming sessions have changed my life inside out. Its not only about learning theories of yoga philosophy but also the practical application of yogic principles in a day to day life. The teachers are not only the facilitators but also living examples and role models of yogic lifestyle. They are not only teaching mere theory but sharing the true knowledge gained after so many years of sadhana. We all students though we came from every corners of the world, from different backgrounds and cultures shared healthy bonding and unity during entire course. Special Thanks to the Entire Team of Asan Yoga School for making me efficient in my journey of Becoming a true Yogi.Gratitude!!! From Facebook

The AYM 200 TTC in Rishikesh is excellent. Both the ashtanaga and hatha classes are demanding, informative and fun with great knowledgeable teachers. There is pranayama class, in which you learn different breathing, cleansing and meditating techniques. The philosophy of yoga is fascinating, and it has changed my perception of yoga practice. Anatomy and physiology is very informative and usually productive. Lesson planning is useful at most and there are chances to practice teaching the rest of the course, which progresses you a lot. The food is great! the rooms are simple and good. location is perfect. Not to far out if you need anything and really close to nature and a great stream with lots of pools. every place has its small faults, but that are also sometimes out of their control. Happy to be here and highly recommend. From Google Reviews

I finished the 200 hours yoga training course at AYM school, and I enjoyed it very much. The teachers are excellent, the people who work here are friendly and open, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is good. The location is also good as it's away from the hustle of the main road, but still close enough to the shops. I would come here again for my 300 hours certification. From Google Reviews

I am just completing the 200hr ttc at AYM in Rishikesh, I though the course was pretty amazing as I was definitely push mentally and especially physically. The teachers were all quite knowledgeable and very good at what they do. The food started of quite bland but it seemed as if they slowly added more and more spice throughout the 28 days, it was always quite good. I came to the course with no expectations as I was told this would be the best way to enter a course like this, and i am overall very happy with my experience. I would do it again and it is quite likely that I will come back for the 300hr training. It had been a few years since I have practiced yoga on a regular basis and in the past month I have progressed much further than i could have possibly hoped for. Would definitely recommend!!!! I am Bryan from California, USA. I am currently taking the 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training at AYM Yoga School, and an overall I am very happy with the course. The Pranayama and Meditation class in the morning is refreshing, relaxing and a great start of the day. The Ashtanga Vinyasa can be difficult at times, but if you listen to your body and dont overstretch, with daily practice you will soon find yourself becoming substantially, stronger and more flexible. The lectures are informative and tie everything together, giving a deeper meaning in the practice. AYM teachers yoga from a traditional, hostile, perspective, so please be aware that you will be learning the whole package, not just asana. Asana is one of many sleeping stress to self-relaxation. The Hatha class is perfect for developing awareness of the correct and aligns others. The food is good, but you are always welcome to eat out at of any restaurants. The facilities are likewise good, and the location is beautiful and great for fostering a Meditation state of mind. There is a degree of freedom in the course, so you will get out of it what you put into it. If you just want to deeper in your practice, that is fine, and if you want to develop a firm teaching formation, the course leave nothing leaking. From AYM Testimonials Page

I'm Eana from Singapore and I started the 200 hours Yoga Teacher's Course in February. I must say I was taken by surprise by the weather here, a case of not checking the weather before coming to Rishikesh. The cold was not something I expected here. The ride from the Delhi International Airport was way too long for me too. I wanted to leave the next day. But I met some nice people on the first day. In addition, Mahesh, who is our head teacher, proved to be a very nice and accommodating person. I decided to stay on and I am glad I did. The people attending the course are a great bunch and everything here has a nice and homely feel to it. Mahesh is a great teacher, very patient and detailed in his Asanas teaching. He taught us many ways of correcting and improving ourselves. His lectures are interesting, and often peppered with personal anecdotes. I realized I didn't know the true meaning of yoga until I have attended the course here. This trip here has a profound impact on me. I am really going to need to examine my lifestyle and make the necessary changes. The accommodation is better than I expected. I have a good sized, single room with large windows and a balcony to sit out to take in the spectacular view. I have loved my stay here so much that I decided to sign up for the 300 hours course as well. So, I'LL BE BACK!! From AYM Testimonials Page
