How to get thereBy Air. Jolly Grant airport at Dehradun is the nearest airport to Rishikesh which is approximately 35 kilometres away By Bus. Being a popular tourist destination, Rishikesh has a good network of buses connecting it with important places such as Haridwar, Dehradun and New Delhi The nearest railhead to Rishikesh is in Haridwar which is approximately 25 kilometres away. Haridwar, in turn, is linked to major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow and Varanasi. Some of the popular trains are Shatabadi Express, Jan Shatabdi, AC Special Express and Mussoorie Express. For those making the journey to Rishikesh, it is advisable to take the train till Haridwar and then either take a bus or hire a taxi to Rishikesh. While the bus would take about 45 minutes, the taxi will take you to Rishikesh in about half an hour.

She has done Master of Physiotherapy & now pursuing PhD in yoga from SVYASA University, Bangalore. With 12 years of practice with both physiotherapy and yoga, she got experience from named universities and hospitals of South India. She was been training students of PhD, MD, BSc (yoga), MSc (yoga) and PG diploma (yoga) courses. She was been treating more than 1000 orthopaedic cases, 800 cardio-respiratory cases and more than 500 lifestyle disorder cases. Administrative work, curriculum developments, coordinating the students in their progression, guiding MSc dissertations etc., were also special skills she got. As part of the career, she worked with an international yoga academy for 1 year in Rishikesh and got interested to progress in the same field and spreading the knowledge to Westerners from India itself. Her tools of practice are teaching theory, practical, innovative teaching methodologies, quizzes, skits about philosophy and practices of lifestyle. With all these knowledge, she started to develop a school which takes the students towards the golden paths of ancient wisdom. At this goal Rishikesh Yog Sansthan (RYS) took birth. She is going to teach Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga practices, yoga philosophy Pranayama, meditation, relaxation techniques and way of life.

He is one of the leading faculties of Hatha yoga. He is trained with 200-hour course from an esteemed yoga school in Rishikesh in May-2015. Since then gained experience of teaching foreign students. He is going to help the students to overcome the difficult postures and learn how to understand the self-capacity.

He experienced teacher from Rishikesh Yog Peeth, Rishikesh. He has 2 years of experience from the same school and also travelled Thailand, Maldives etc., He is good at adjustments, alignments pranayama and guided meditation. He pays attention to each corner of the class room and makes the environment enthusiastic.
