Welcome to the world of yoga. If you have never done a yoga class before, we highly recommend enrolling in our Yoga Basics course as described below.
While we have a number of time options available, if your schedule does not allow for you to commit to any of these then other class options on our drop-in schedule (no pre-reg required) are as follows:
Unwind & Restore, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga.
Everyone has the ability to start and flourish in yoga, regardless of age, level of flexibility and physical condition. This 4 week absolute beginner yoga series is recommended for anyone beginning yoga and wishes to establish a solid foundation in the practice.
