Zen and Yoga combines Vinyasa flow with Krishnamacharya lineage inspired Hatha. Typical classes at Zen and Yoga combine pranayama, asana and meditation. The classes have different focusses such as hip-opening, heart-opening or twists and detox. The aim of every session is body-mind balance and focussing on the energetic centers along the spine. Zen and Yoga offers yoga, hot yoga, pilates, hot pilates, tai chi, meditation, private classes, healing and also workshops and teacher trainings.
