Clean and well ventilated, we take pride in offering this series without being watered down or changed but authentic and pure for your maximum benefit inside and out.
HOT EXPRESS
Our Hot Express class is very much a hatha based practice with full essence of the authentic Bikram series however, shortened to a 60 minute version. It is highly recommended for daily practitioners only as the tempo is meant for more of a maintenance to your practice with less time for the party time water breaks. Still 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises but most of them only held once.
YIN YOGA
For the perfect balance for your Yang classes, find stillness and release in long held poses that open up and strength deep into your joints. Perfect to aid in recovering from an injury or to simply aid you to having the best sleep of your life. Classes are honoured with sound healing music and occasionally live music for the utmost peaceful surrender of all tension.
WARM FLOW VINYASA
Happiness can be found right on your mat. The heat is turned off with just the right amount of ambient warmth for you to break a sweat in a nice and juicy union between strength, flexibility, freedom and flow. This practice is piloted by some of the most caring and dedicated Vinyasa teachers paired with some perfectly suited tunes to keep you moving.
