Ancient philosophies are fused with modern day yoga in our Vinyasa and Yin style classes. Detox your mind and body as we guide you through a flowing vinyasa style class or allow you the space to heal and find stillness in our Yang & Yin sessions. Beginners are welcome in our small group classes. The room is heated to a warm 27 degrees and classes typically include breath, movement, mindfulness and meditation. All levels are welcome.
