He has completed Teacher Trainings in Hatha and Anusara Elements™ and dreams of building a Happy-U Retreat Center in Temecula's wine country.
Janet began her yogic journey through her asana practice in 2010 while pursuing her bachelor's degree in Religious Studies at the University of Missouri. From the moment she got onto her mat she knew she was starting the adventure of a lifetime. Returning to her native Colorado in 2012, she received her 200 hour certification through her beloved sangha at Asana Studio. After receiving her 500hr in 2015 through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy, Janet began to focus her teaching on rehabilitation of chronic and acute injuries. Since moving to San Diego a little over a year ago, Janet has been wholeheartedly embraced by Happy-U and the community of fellow yogis and yoginis. This is a special place and I hope to see you soon and look forward to welcoming you into the Happy-U tribe.
