BRIDGET REGAN
Teaching style: I like to bust a move. I often give very specific, detailed alignment cues and constant reminders to come back to your breath. I often mix up my lefts & rights and try and make people laugh with the same jokes over and over again (I get an audible laugh like 20% of the time).
OLIVIA HAYWARD
Teaching style: Vinyasa based but always evolving. I like to warm the body, find strength and help blow away any of the days unnecessary crap. I also really want people to be kind to themselves, in their lives and practice and sometimes this can mean backing up and backing off. Also, mistakes are learning opportunities so expect a bunch,
ROB NGUYEN
Teaching style: cultivating balance among the layers of being (from the physical realm to the inner spirit) through fluid movements, creative asana transitions, and positive customization of your unique practice.
AREZOU GHANE
Teaching Style: Mindfulness mixed with a playful and energetic vinyasa. I love drawing from my background in Ashtanga and world dance to create sequences that feel intuitive, fun, and flow seamlessly together.
HEATHER STANTS -
Teaching style: Flowy flowy flowy vinyasa, Dance Flow Yoga, strength focused flow stuff, and a wee bit of restorative. Did I mention I like flow?
