Yoga is Taylor’s passion, and she is grateful for being able to practice everyday and pass her love onto other yogis. She grew up in New York State and is trained in Power Vinyasa, which focuses on breath, strength and flow. Taylor teaches invigorating classes which challenge her students to learn and grow with each practice. To her, Vinyasa is an empowering style of yoga, and she strives to pass that along to all of her students, through challenging and nurturing vinyasa flows. Taylor has been a yoga practitioner for 10 years and in 2015 finished her Yoga Alliance Vinyasa teaching certification.
Mads is a warm-hearted and caring Kundalini teacher, who loves using his body and being active. To him, Kundalini yoga is both physical and meditative and gives an inner calm and the ability to focus, while increasing physical health and a feeling of wellbeing. He brings a deep desire to pass on these qualities in his classes, which are intense, warm and challenging. Mads studied to be a chiropractor and took his teacher training from the International School of Kundalini Yoga. He also teaches meditation.
Will was first drawn to yoga after suffering a dislocated shoulder along with chronic knee pain. What started out as a weekly vinyasa class slowly evolved into a dedicated practice of the physical, mental and spiritual teachings of yoga. His area of study has been on using breathing techniques to stimulate, purify and calm the body and mind. He will introduce several methods along with their benefits, exploring the untapped capability of the respiratory system.
LOUISE For Louise yoga became a turning point in an otherwise stressful life, and now it has become more than just training – it’s a lifestyle. Some years ago she had a prolapsed disc and is using these experiences to guide her students through yoga’s universe. Louise is known for creating a fun and comforting, safe environment in her lessons. One of her main goals is to use yoga to find calm – both to heal the body and to bring this calm into everyday life. Louise has a Vinyasa yoga teaching training from LagoCPH and has taken courses in restorative, yin and chandra yoga.
