Tanja has various training in dance / movement and has specialized in Pilates. The Tanja-led group courses and personal trainings are approved by the health insurance fund (Qualicert).
At 19, Irina attended her first yoga class with Jivamutki in Munich. A 4-Week Intensive Yoga Sadhana in Varkala, South India and 2012 The 200h Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training, led by Olive Ssembuze and TJ Jackson, are just part of their long-standing exploration of yoga. Curious and travel-enthusiastic, she visits workshops, retreats and further education at home and abroad whenever possible.
Their hours are characterized by confluent asanas, humor and the attitude not to see everything too narrow and just to have fun in yoga.
Alex joined yoga in 1992 during her dance studies (BA) in the Netherlands. Since then she has been exploring different styles and traditions in all walks of life with a long list of inspiring teachers and companions. For over ten years she worked from Berlin as a professional dancer, assistant and training manager. She has been living in Switzerland with her family since 2005 and works as a full-time professional in communication with the Theater St.Gallen, Tanzhaus Zürich, Photobastei 2.0 and as a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200). In her lessons Alex integrates her experiences with the bodywork methods Feldenkrais, Qi Gong, Pilates and contemporary dance techniques.
Andrea is a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher. Yoga is a lifelong journey of experience for Andrea and she is currently deepening her knowledge with her teachers Michael Hamilton (Ashtanga), Stephen Thomas (Hatha), Angela Boscardini and Maya Varenka Kovats. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, she has been living in Switzerland since 2013. Here she continues to train, among others, in Pilates at the Sport Union Switzerland, BeBo and Pre- and Postnatal at PilateSwiss.
Diana met yoga 30 years ago. Always

sharing her passion as an International Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT500 in classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training
. Trained in traditional Hatha and Anusara Yoga, it is important to her to lead people to a deeper connection with their own essence and to open new perspectives and spaces. In addition to precise alignment in asana and pranayama, it introduces your students to meditation and deep relaxation
as well as the power of mantra.
