The healing power of Yoga enables a harmonizations of Body, Spirit, and Soul. It has many positive effects, such as strengthening the immune system and helping with the release of stress and tension.
Most of the courses that we offer at PowerQi are taught in the dynamic and varied style of Vinyasa Flow, characterized by the smooth and flowing transitions between poses.
We also offer Hatha and Yin Yoga courses. Both styles are somewhat gentler and relax the Spirit while improving flexibility. We offer both beginner and advanced courses.
