I followed the 200hr Teacher Training of Ghyta Yoga School in Athens in 2007. Since 2014 I am trained in Paris at Ashtanga yoga school of EFAY Caroline Boulinguez.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga promotes psychological and spiritual health. It is a dynamic yoga, based on the synchronization of movement and breathing. Transmitted from generation to generation, this living tradition adapts to the current needs of practitioners.
This course gives great importance to Vinyasa, a particular quality of Ashthanga, which consists of a series of movements punctuated by the breath, to move from one posture to another.
Adaptations and adjustments are proposed so that everyone feels comfortable in the posture.
The execution of the same postures becomes a pleasure, which allows to savor each inspiration and each expiration ujjayi, the victorious breathing. Breathing remains what is truly most important in a yoga class. Practice can become a moving meditation.
