Hi! I am Michaela a universal human, growing up in country Australia with a hybrid of cultures (Italian and Peruvian). I’ve taught yoga internationally for 5 years in Australia, Dubai and now Switzerland.
Yoga came into my life 13 years ago. It became my medicine to understand my body and cultivate awareness for my mind. I’ve completed three teacher trainings; Hatha, Vinyasa and Embodied Flow which draws from Somatic psychology and Tantra philosophy. My classes are cultivated by connecting breath with fluid purposeful movement. Allowing you to experience all elements of your body with ease and stability whilst entwining philosophy into the experience.
I also offer One on One sessions which focus on your specific needs, whether you have an injury, pain in the body or stresses. In One on One sessions I draw from alternative healing tools that I have studied; sound healing, reiki and intuitive anatomy.
