Tracy brings a wealth of yoga and fitness teaching experience to Dubai. She is a certified Ashtanga teacher since 2006 (200hr Yoga Alliance Certificate) and a certified Hatha yoga instructor since 2008 (500hr Yoga Scotland certificate). Tracy’s fitness instruction extends back to 2002 and includes Body Balance, Body Vive and CX Worx., complemented by 18 years of clinical therapy. Her teaching goes beyond routine techniques and postures and brings a deep understanding of how the body works to ensure a unique and tailored practice to align with the participants’ personal needs.
Alpa undertook a Yoga Teacher’s training course (US-Alliance 200 Hours), with an inspiring Yogacharya Santosh Kumar, Ayush Yogadarshanam, Mysore –India & US Alliance 300 hours with Shiva Yoga Peet, Rishikesh. She is also Prana Vashya Yogasana series certified teacher ( 8 weeks Teacher training course), trained under Yogacharya Vinay Kumar. Additionally, She holds a diploma in Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teaching from the UK. She is also a certified Reiki and Jyothi healer with an interest in trigger point performance therapy and muscle activation. As a qualified Yoga teacher, Alpa has a strong passion for supporting and influencing people to achieve a more fulfilling life and reaches to those who believe in investing in their personal overall health. Active, positive and energetic Alpa aims to constantly further her education by attending regular workshops in Yoga, Personal Development, and Wellness.
A Polestar Pilates Practitioner on all equipment and an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She is also a dance devotee with a post-graduate diploma in contemporary dance. Her passion for movement led her to grow amongst a wide array of sports disciplines, which has allowed her to feed these experiences in her approach to Pilates and movement education and rehabilitation. Hened believes in Pilates as a philosophy and a holistic approach for body and mind. She takes great interest in improving posture, dynamic alignment and muscle recruitment strategies through the different Pilates equipment as a way to strengthen and acquire a healthy functional body control.
Dana - Dana is a passionate yogini and Yoga teacher. She started her Hatha Yoga training in "Yoga Darshanam" school in Mysore, India, with Master Santhosh Kumar who has worked with the great B.K.S.Iyengar. Since then, she continuously attends various workshops and teaching programs to expand her knowledge. Dana feels that teaching Yoga is a privilege and enjoys sharing the endless benefits of yoga with her students. Her aim is to work on the body as well as the mind using different techniques combining breath, stretching, and relaxation, in addition to toning and strengthening. Her goal is to challenge students yet have them leave the class calm, invigorated and with a positive mindset.
