Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, there are classes for everyone.
I come from the world of culture, I have ventured into literature, theatre, film, production and cultural management. Since I was little I have explored physical and vocal training, body expression and movement. I have worked in the educational and cultural field, enjoying my work as a teacher/philologist and coordinator of projects linked to the documentary, audiovisual fiction, theatrical production and social responsibility. In the vortex of all these activities simultaneously, and almost by chance, one day I found myself getting up early to attend an Ashtanga Yoga class with Hojung Audenaerde. There I began my path of Yoga learning, simply through constant practice and consciousness, to connect body and mind through active work but, to my surprise, without tension. The focus on this subtle connection is one of the goals of yoga to get a stable mind in a healthy body. The practice of Yoga has influenced my day to day, assimilating attitudes such as acceptance and non-anxiety through concrete actions exercised in physical postures. These changes can not be explained or understood except experienced over time. It is a process that leads to self-knowledge and is what gives me strength, flexibility, calmness and joy. The secret of this potential was revealed to me one day by Aleix Griñó, another key teacher in my journey: Practice and practice! Today I feel renewed to have expanded the spectrum of my practice by doing Teacher Training in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, in the safe and creative hand of Amelie Strecker. As a teacher, I am not interested in instructing but sharing the experience of the path of yoga, which ensures a more sustainable life because it helps us to create awareness of the potential of our body, working with concentration and respecting its particularities.
