Ex Olympic gymnast Cristian will be hosting this fun and challenging workshop to help you build a better foundations from your feet to your hands. Assisted by Zen’s own Melanie Swan, the workshop will include technical preparations for handstand, alignment, spotting, and safety. The workshop is open to practitioners of all levels, though is not recommended to complete beginners.
