Heal Yourself - Everything is consciousness
In this session of Vinyasa you will have the opportunity to access the understanding that consciousness is nothing more than being alert and aware of what needs to penetrate and what should be released.
Free yourself from your body imprisonment and discover the soul muscle, the psoas.
Our tension leads us to be less able to move freely, and more vulnerable to suffering discomfort and pain. With strong, mobile and open hips , we can begin to free ourselves from our bodies and create spaces to move towards curiosity.
Instead of living to "fit in the forms", we give ourselves permission for the forms to fit in us. This manifests in us becoming the best version of ourselves.
In this workshop, you will venture into the silent and refined spaces that you will find in depth while exploring hip and heart openings.
You will begin to bring the senses further in from truth and compassion, and you will use the physical forms to serve as a gateway to Pratyahara .
The class will be sealed with meditation.
