Lillian Vichar Kaur
"Anyone who wonders who is behind yogaliebe will find out more about Lillian, founders of the yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher.
"I came to Kundalini Yoga quite typically through a recovery course. What changes would come to me, I probably would not have thought possible. "
As a child, I was deeply rooted in my trust in infinity, which carried me through major and minor crises. Especially during my studies I lost this focus and a doggedness spread in different areas of life.
Even during my first pregnancy, I was completely in a fitness craze. Only early labor moved me to adapt my everyday life to the given situation.
As if my son had taken me there, I found myself a few weeks after the birth in said Kundalini Yoga recovery course again. At first I was impressed by the exercises, but in a recovery course I did not expect to reach my physical limits so fast. When we started chanting during a meditation (it was the guru mantra that took my heart by storm) it was all about me.
"Self-imposed pressure began to be flushed from my heart by my tears."
This mantra became part of my life, and a deep process of self-healing began that brought me back to my roots and back to my connection to infinity. Since then, my life has been upside down many times and found new orders.
Out of curiosity and from the experience of how fundamentally yoga changed my own life, I decided to do a yoga teacher training at the Karam Kriya School. Not to think about becoming a teacher, but to understand yoga in its roots. Training has taken my transformation to another level and at some point it was clear that I wanted to teach. What has changed so much on my path to yoga is that I have stopped trying to control everything with my mind, and so life has brought me incredible gifts. One of these is the yogaliebe.
My spiritual name Vichar Kaur and my personal practice have shown me that my focus is on the meditative aspect of yoga, which is felt in my classes.
I look forward to all the adventures that the path that lies ahead will bring!
