My aim is simple: to provide clear, unambiguous classes that empower students and instil confidence. I use my experience to demystify yoga and provide the skills necessary to build a strong practice.
To inspire, I impart lots of energy and focus on correct alignment. Sometimes I use props. These bring awareness to areas of the body that are often neglected, and help support vulnerable areas such as the neck or lower back. They can also enhance the experience, making poses more challenging. Above all, I bring awareness to your practice
