For students who are first time to yoga can take relaxing stretch to begin with, if you want more challenges, hatha, vinyasa, gentle flow, detox flow and wheel are all suitable. Please come in 10 minutes before class to settle yourself. All you need is to bring your yoga wear and an open heart. Can't wait to see you in class!
Founder of Samantha Yoga Studio. Upon graduation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and equipped with a Bachelor of Nursing, Samantha founded her first yoga studio to begin this journey.
With knowledge of the human body, she was able to break down each pose straight to the basics.
She offers a progressive approach to Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and her inspirational classes are a dynamic combination of breath-inspired movement and creative, yet balanced and intelligent sequencing
